I have really enjoyed this role. I work out of the TX office where we are required 4 days a week in office - with a lot of flexibility on work from home days when requested. The leadership of the company is flawed, at least at the sales level. Favorites are definitely chosen and the rest kind of disregarded. I truly believe in the product, I see a market fit, the pay is extremely competitive, and I have some of the best coworkers I have ever worked with without a doubt. Definitely a challenging role but it will push you to learn and make you an overall better seller.

Internal promotions are very difficult and you will have no opportunity to negotiate salary

Overall good experience but market may have passed them by with competition catching up or marketing the same message (i.e. every says "real time", Microsoft E5/G5, etc.).
