Current Employee Mileage may vary - some teams have better opportunity than others. Make sure to evaluate the territory and accounts and leadership for the specific team you have interest in.
Hunter only roles seem challenging, they like to hire for a strong Rolodex and that appears to make a big difference in the success of newer hunter reps.
Most customers are loyal and will be good references if time is invested in making them successful. ( and if they are not ignored)
Lack of incentive for reps -for multi yr. contracts. Current Employee If you can close here you'll make a tonne. Hard sell in Canada though
