The commercial motion was pretty good but the enterprise motion was extremely difficult. And the difficulty was often ignored by leadership. Success/quota attainment was often compared to commercial attainment. Very volume driven, quantity over quantity mindset.

management is a revolving door. no ramp. poor culture. they don't give reps a chance with 12 month tolerance. sales cycle is long. deal sizes are low.
