Man RepVue score for Talkdesk isn't great. Will there be an IPO? Acquisition?

No chance of ipo and I can’t imagine they’d pass a diligence stage for acquisition - it’s a total train wreck under the hood… culture is awful, product is like 1/4 baked, sales have missed like 10 consecutive quarters, leadership is a joke.

I am an ex employee with some IPO options paid for, honestly, I split it with someone else as didn't really fancy spending all the money on them. They really struggle for market traction, just bullied by Nice CxOne and Genesys constantly, and too expensive for mid market/SMB. I left as the product barely every worked, account managing customers was painful listening to them moan as the product was so buggy. This was a year ago, things might have improved but almost every single person I worked with has left on their own accord since so doesn't seem it.

There’s zero percent chance they IPO with the leadership in place currently. They’ll be acquired within two years mark my word.

Highly unlikely IPO, they seemed to be less open to acquisition and chance of staying long enough to vest is unlikely.
