Leadership is non-existent, no promotional paths, or enablement, little to no diversity, product is pigeonholed in a niche ‘complex manufacturing’ space. Wants to be the face of complex manufacturing but the reality is they’re a small fish in a big pond, being led into battle by a CCO and SVP of sales with zero CPQ experience, up against the Salesforce’s and Oracle’s of the world. If you’ve seen Band of Brothers, it’s like following Captain Sobel into battle. You’re a dead man walking, he might survive though.

While the company has made investments towards pipeline generation tools, training is little to none for a product far too complex to tackle alone. Quotas are challenging for the territory size, and there is not enough reassurance/guidance to match the pressure.
