Been here for over 3 years and there has been a lot of changes. The job has been getting more and more difficult due to decisions of leadership. AE has less and less resources and will continue to have less over time. On my team, only 1 person hit quota and another at 70%, the rest are below that. When I joined, 80% of the org hit quota and some hit over 200%, nowadays, hitting quota is rare.

I really enjoyed my time in Tableau. The salary was not very competitive, however the product and company were great fun. Everything changed with the SFDC take over !….
