Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Tableau is an amazing product that has significant demand and is fairly easy to sell. There are many great things about working here, but I also want to add some things to be aware of.
Tableau has lost most of its culture since the acquisition. Salesforce has brought in much of its leadership, and the majority of those folks don't grasp how Tableau's business operates.
Some teams are forcing reps to come into the office regularly while others are not enforcing any return to office policy.
Salesforce doesn't seem to reward loyalty. Instead of promoting internal folks and paying them more, they would rather hire externally. They also have a ridiculous internal leveling system that restricts a seller's ability to move up in the org regardless of ability and talent.
