It was a fine enough company when I worked there. Great focus on sales team as sales professionals vs "a necessary evil" as we are perceived at other companies all too often. But Tableau walks around like they are always the right answer and the arrogance of that persisted and we were "strongly encouraged" to speak to customers as such. It rubbed me wrong in the way. And it was required for us to sell in that manner. Not my style or my voice. Let me sell the value without that negativity. I even got in trouble for not actively selling against competitors vs just selling for Tableau. I don't know if this was normal or just my manager. I left after a relatively short time...

Once great company that has been absorbed by Salesforce's processes and bureaucracy. Territories cut in half with maxed out clients in the CMT vertical.
