Former Employee3.7Nov 17, 2023My overall experience was good until February 2023 when I lost my leadership and everything that supported my business---Marketing, Partner Manager, CSM, and Sales support---Deal Desk to complicated to get large deals competitive in Local Government--CORE Salesforce Leadership does not understand Analytics business or opportunity size.

Current Employee2.3Mar 27, 2024Not ideal - Literally zero people hit quota unless someone got pip'd/fired and you take over said person's patch. They already over hired too many reps end of last year and nobody seems to even be on track to hit quota by a longshot unless they keep firing/PIP-ing others. You rely on ppl leaving the company to get lucky and get their patch to try make any money.
