Product is excellent; colleagues are very smart. This is an agile software company and the Salesforce acquisition has meant many more investments in Tableau. At almost 80K employees Salesforce is very large. Tableau only had about 5K employees prior to the acquisition. Salesforce has tried to understand Tableau and merge it into the Salesforce ecosystem but there are challenges--- which is the case with any big software company who acquires a smaller software company. In general, this is a pretty good place to work.

Culture is on the decline following the salesforce acquisition. There's a lack of internal ressources available to support sellers in executing an effective sales cycle. Fantastic market fit, but strong competition. Constantly changing leadership.
