Unfortunately, culture at Salesforce has been deteriorating. Very clicky, non-inclusive culture that promotes toxic management and leadership. Also, 9 rounds of layoffs and counting are not helping to keep top prospects around.

Solid product/demand, great pay/comp plan, and sell both Tableau and Salesforce Analytics SKU's so lots to sell and a good amount of accounts to sell into for an enterprise role.
