My time at T-Mobile was incredibly valuable for my personal growth, but the company is beginning to cut costs and our commission is worsening. As well, personally, I have had a bad time with leadership in my market. The company is great about PTO / leave / EAP though.

What an AE should do; prospecting, prospecting and more prospecting. It’s good overall for high performers, implementation and deployment can make you loose some deals; 6 months chargebacks

It was OK good learning exp. Lots of micromanaging. Daily standup calls in the morning and at the end of the day. Incompetent leadership who has never even worked b2b before.
