Good. Good team, bad internal processes and a company that maybe lacks a clear direction on product. There is a huge over reliance on channel to bring leads which doesn't always work out either.

Leadership was never inline with eachother, always changing territories and having accounts stolen by outside sales reps just because they wanted the accounts rather than based on a hard fast rule. Very toxic environment, with fear tactics by upper management.
