Leadership was never inline with eachother, always changing territories and having accounts stolen by outside sales reps just because they wanted the accounts rather than based on a hard fast rule. Very toxic environment, with fear tactics by upper management.

You can land some big deals here, but internal workings of the company are very messy. New C-Suite though that seem promising.
