A 4x accelerator for over-performance (i.e ~40% commission rate) above 100% of quota. About 30% of sellers get into this bracket so there's room to make some $ if you're a top performer.

My overall experience has been that SurveyMonkey still runs like a startup. They have good intentions but are reactionary. Additionally resources are not allocated correctly for things like updating the website- pulling product we no longer sell off etc. In the last 18 months- 3 layoffs all targeting product development and the sales team. Extremely low base pay, even for AEs who have been in sales for over a decade. Feedback falls on deaf ears. The product is not scalable in the Enterprise landscape and we lose deals to our own self serve plans because they are bloated with functionality that no one ever wants to upgrade.
