People hired across geos are super friendly and genuine, loved the culture on the ground however lots of politics at the higher level and big bosses don’t necessarily act in your best interests.

Firstly, the product is good and there is not a lot of pressure to hit targets, which is great. However, the current comp structure isn't great compared to other saas companies in Dub.
