I love working at stryker but currently the pay for Upper extremity varies. I do not feel that I am being payed fairly for how much business I actually bring in.

German hospital market is screwed due to reforming processes. US Management pushed a large margin campaign with insane price increases. Of course that cannot work out and we are paying the price. None ! of our team members hits quota and that is of course very frustrating.

The organization seems to be out of touch with its sales force. Something that used to enable them to drive business is now hindering their ability to keep great talent
