No work life balance, with hourly pay around $15-$25 an hour based on the amount of time we work. Not worth it!

There is no base salary. It is a fully commission role. Good commission structure although it gets squeezed every year. Leadership doesn’t care about you they care about 10% growth each year. The environment for a salesperson to succeed gets worse every year. Work life balance is very good.
