German hospital market is screwed due to reforming processes. US Management pushed a large margin campaign with insane price increases. Of course that cannot work out and we are paying the price. None ! of our team members hits quota and that is of course very frustrating.

Great culture and incentivized to achieve annual sales expectations, but company misses the mark on numerous perks that are now considered table stakes in the eyes of modern day sales talent.
