My overall experience was great. Amazing culture. Good products and solutions. Good brand equity and long standing clients. Compensation was lower and expectations are high considering the competitive market Hillrom is in along with its products being more commodities.

In a sales support role as a clinician, there was no incentive to sell my product - it was a subscription based model on the bed. 90% travel with no commission for re-subscribing hospitals.
