My overall experience was great. Amazing culture. Good products and solutions. Good brand equity and long standing clients. Compensation was lower and expectations are high considering the competitive market Hillrom is in along with its products being more commodities.

I really enjoyed working at Hillrom. The people on my team were amazing and it really felt like a family. Unfortunately, like most large organizations, there is too much distance from the teams to senior leadership. While I loved my team, I was just a cog in the system, and easily dispensable.
