I am currently a sales associate with Stryker Joints. Your experience as a Sales Associate comes down to the team around you. If you are on a good team that treats you like a teammate and not an associate they can take advantage of then you'll love it. Life outside of work? Not much. Early morning, Late nights, and on-call during some weekends. Company is pretty cut-throat as well

My overall experience was that there is good opportunity to grow. The leadership can be hit or miss. But the culture is strong with the opportunity to make a strong income.

Stryker is a great company and you can make a lot of money. The expectation is grow. However not every market is the same and where reputation isn’t strong they need to have a better understanding on how to accurately get and maintain business.
