Stryker is a great company and you can make a lot of money. The expectation is grow. However not every market is the same and where reputation isn’t strong they need to have a better understanding on how to accurately get and maintain business.

Huge company with over 20 different divisions, selling to virtually all areas of the hospital. Many hires are from within and have a great associate sales program. 100% commission is part of the culture and scares a lot of people off, but we're some of the highest-paid reps in the industry. Highly competitive to get in, interview process is challenging.
