Stripe had some of the most thoughtful and driven sales leadership I have ever seen. Pretty much every sales manager had an MBA from top B-Schools, there was rigor behind each decision, which could be frustrating at times. Sales wasn't an incredibly valued piece of the business compared to product and eng.

The GTM is improving slowly, but it's still a massive drag to navigate successfully. Selling a deal to Stripe is harder than selling Stripe to users.
