SDR manager will do anything to make a buck, including selling her team out. leadership is poorly equipped to lead an actual team- only in it for the money. High-performing reps are stagnant- no upward mobility or opportunity for growth as they claim. lots of finger pointing, blaming, denial of professional responsibilities. one of the most chaotic experiences of my career. they hire people with little or no experience so they can take advantage of entry-level reps, put them through the wringer, drag them through the mud and in the end, not deliver on what they said they would only to be left with either a pip, or forced to walk away because salary hasn't be adjusted in years to reflect inflation and people can't afford to live on such a low wage. most reps have two jobs or a two-income household. very disappointing experience overall.
