StreamSets was an amazing company with a fantastic company culture until a few years ago. Sales environment became toxic and goals became unachievable. After the SAG acquisition, everything went even further downhill.

StreamSets used to be a great company to work for. Pay was always lower than the industry average but benefits used to be great. leadership overpromises and under-delivers. SDR manager will do anything to make a buck, including selling her team out. leadership is poorly equipped to lead an actual team- only in it for the money.
