My overall experience is average. The base compensation could be higher, leadership could be better, training could be significantly better, and marketing needs dramatic improvement. The potential to earn money is high if you have the right territory. Great comp plan just hard to hit quota due to the lack of marketing efforts to get our name out there.

Terrible management and product is falling behind. No one hits their OTE and toxic environment from the top down. Turn over is high in all departments.
