Generally a solid product & TAM. Pay is low comparative to other sales positions. AI and enhancing the product feature sets will be critical over the next year or two. Lots of competition.

Great coworkers, poor management. High expectations with inexperienced management, but no tools provided to help reps meet quota. If you get a great territory you are in luck and have a shot to meet your number, but the majority of territories are not designed for reps to succeed.

Terrible management and product is falling behind. No one hits their OTE and toxic environment from the top down. Turn over is high in all departments.

Product is falling behind competition but most of the leadership is strong but overall good culture and pay but quota has increased and territories cut so hard to hit quota as of late
