Current Employee The company is actively trying to "do more with less" in a way that is going to burn out reps.
They recently rolled out a job architecture classification for revenue, reps with multiple years of experience are getting classified as the most junior role due to an unspoken weighting of new business attainment which has not been well supported by the organization.
