Have been through several organizational restructures with this company and pay/earning potential has declined with each. As account sizes grow to meet and exceed quotas so does the workload. The compensation is not worth the work/time/effort put in. Things have gone downhill heavily after the new CRO was hired in the previous year which has led to super aggressive growth goals without the compensation to match.

Started off well but they changed the entire structure and did a re-org which resulted in reps doing more work and getting less pay. Leadership won't admit that the new structure is to keep more money to themselves, can never answer concerns. transparency and feedback is a one way street here. Avoid
