Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Used to be great for Revenue teams (sales & AM), but now they've done maybe 10 back to back bad changes and you can feel morale drop and most are unhappy & disenchanted.
- Commission structure was updated (they claimed for the better) > actually worse off for everyone involved
- Quota: Whatever your BU is, they will add $200 - $300k more even if there's no rationale.
- Constantly finding ways to take your accounts (regional changes, self-serve accounts no longer yours, etc.)
- Majority of management has no prior experience managing and will offer platitudes as solutions.
