I'm looking at an Inside Sales AE - Services role. What's it like in that specific division, in terms of quota attainment, base/OTE, etc.?

More QuestionsIs commission paid out to ramping reps at Square or is it strictly base salary?Why are the incentive comp scores so low? Looks like the OTE isnt 2x base here? Is that true? Not a lot of upside?
