Great company but often makes changes that negatively impact the BDR org

Compensation structure changed to a MRR focused system. SDRs and BDRs have commission tied to their AEs performance. SDR is paid out 50% MRR and BDR is 75%. Having compensation be a slot machine is why many are leaving.
