Former Employee Overall Sprout is a strong company to work for with a lot of great things to be said about the product and overall culture. They are currently in a bit of a difficult time for the sales organization due to a push into the Enterprise and more sophisticated ICP, but without the processes and expectations in place to support a more complex sales cycle that takes longer to win business. They were previously flooded with inbound leads which have all but dried up given their price increase and move up market, so the role turned quickly into a pure hunter role, while the pay structure and quota attainment structure stayed as if they were still selling to SMBs or the lower end of mid market.
Pay structure is also a bit behind in that it mainly focuses on monthly revenue, and does not properly incentivize/compensate for long term deals as I believe they should if I am locking in a customer for 3+ years. Browse Other Reviews
