Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The sales teams are missing their targets by a lot, so then those leaders turn around and point fingers at whoever they can. That makes the SDR org an easy target. A new VP of Inside Sales was hired later in the year to turn us around, but he has a call center background and is pushing way more activity while still expecting the same amount of strategy and effort.
