Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Sprinklr offers a solid base salary, but reaching quota is increasingly difficult due to high churn rates and constant reshuffling of accounts, SDRs, and leadership. This year is essentially a write-off, with next year focused on building pipeline instead of achieving current targets. Frequent leadership changes drive shifting priorities and unstable processes, making it challenging to deliver a consistent client experience or focus on customer satisfaction.
There has also been a significant talent exodus, with many positions filled by ServiceNow hires who aren’t fully aligned with Sprinklr’s contact center focus. The disconnect between customer-centric goals and internal realities leaves AEs struggling with underdeveloped solutions and dissatisfied clients. In its current state, Sprinklr wouldn’t be a place I’d recommend for sales roles. Browse Other Reviews
