Great culture, quickly changing due to acquisition by Cisco. Incompetent leadership. Money has been tightened and upward mobility no longer exists. Very sad to see the company change so quickly.

Unfortunately with the Cisco acquisition, my experience as an employee went from excellent to, I wish we hadn't been acquired. SO much is changing for the worse.

Decent organization to work for. Leadership is generally caring about their reps and do their best to ensure quotas and expectations are in line with reality.

great training and culture, even with acquisition. commission for SE is pooled, leading to lower chance of accelerators if rep hits, etc
