Unfortunately with the Cisco acquisition, my experience as an employee went from excellent to, I wish we hadn't been acquired. SO much is changing for the worse.

Splunk has a lot of work to do in the SMB market. I would only recommend selling here if you can get a MM or ENT role.

mediocre, place is going backwards with cisco, theyre already taking away benefits, RIF for sure coming. internal processes make you lose deals. If you're new in your career, ISR/BDR, probably a good thing to do, but if you want to succeed. probably go elsewhere, competition is there and is beating them
