The potential is still there, but I have to admit, you need some luck and medium to larger accounts (>5000 employees). Cisco acquisition can bring some potential, but they are bad sellers and do not focus on value.

Great culture, quickly changing due to acquisition by Cisco. Incompetent leadership. Money has been tightened and upward mobility no longer exists. Very sad to see the company change so quickly.

Work balance is great, product is good. Channel reps usually are not on your side because in previous years Splunk screwed them over in deals. Quotas are not on this planet. Very good chance 0 people hit in my region. Probably less than 5 in my division. I’d be surprised if anyone does. Average attainment probably 25-30%.
