They are not communicative with you about what is going on, they will give you an assignment then reassign to someone else without giving any explanation or even having the decency to tell you.

Family owned and operated company which has both positives and negatives. The training could be improved a lot; the first two days you are on zoom calls 8 hours cramming information and getting setup with IT.
