Overall this is a great job to start off your sales career. Will you have tough day? Of course, but you will learn to overcome so many objections every day! Is it going to be easy, no. You will work weekends (Sat.) so make sure you are prepared for the first few months. If you are successful, you won’t have to. You cannot move to another department until you have completed a whole year with the company. Sales can be hard to get depending on the status of the customer. No credit card can defer customers from getting certain products.

Leadership was good, depends on your store. Pay was good enough to survive living in HCOL area as an entry level role. Not enough sales training. Great work culture
