Overall job is okay. However there is a staggering lack of sales support and training. They are not investing in customer success either which then falls on reps. Little to no top down communication. Unclear what our actual long term goals are at a divisional level.

Overall, Sovos helped me get to my next step in my career - but it has completely changed and the culture is almost nonexistent. Fear-based leadership, don't allow PTO at certain times of the year.
