When I joined the company the solutions were not a must-have for companies, but it evolved with new regulations around open-source software and various data breaches, companies started to realize this was a problem to address. The closing rate started to improve and Sonatype implemented better training.

Company is owned by Vista Equity and they manage by algorithms which removes any sincerity. Sales reps on / above quota in good standing get pink slips. Good luck!
