Overall experienced was mixed. Successful tenure was possible through relentless persistence, but dealing with lower EQ leadership who relied on passive aggressive micromanagement created a very unpleasant culture.

Leadership is supportive and inspiring. This year's commission structure changes have made it more difficult to earn higher commissions.

If you are a seasoned professional avoid. Quota is assigned quarterly so you have no idea what you are walking into to each quarter. Very aggressive short sited sales process, all about massive discounts to get a PO.
