Great compensation. Some overall changes to the org, including leadership and spending/job cuts have made resources not as available. Leadership and culture are almost non-existent.

Overall it was an okay company to work for. The products were decent and there were some knowledgeable people. The company has a bad reputation around not paying commissions fairly which I did experience.

The biggest upsides of being a sales rep at Software AG were the flexibility offered to employees as well as their extensive tech stack for sales reps.
