Little visibility into the product or company roadmap. Company keeps a lot of news and important information such a mergers and acquisitions, layoffs, new product launches etc undisclosed to their employees. Prepare to be left in the dark and strung along with no promise of career development.

The biggest upsides of being a sales rep at Software AG were the flexibility offered to employees as well as their extensive tech stack for sales reps. Don’t even think about working here. This company is the most disorganized and chaotic company I have ever worked for. The way leadership treats their employees is just unethical. Software AG purchased multiple companies and has begun selling them off. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
