Don’t even think about working here. This company is the most disorganized and chaotic company I have ever worked for. The way leadership treats their employees is just unethical. Software AG purchased multiple companies and has begun selling them off. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Great compensation. Some overall changes to the org, including leadership and spending/job cuts have made resources not as available. Leadership and culture are almost non-existent.

The biggest upsides of being a sales rep at Software AG were the flexibility offered to employees as well as their extensive tech stack for sales reps.
