Good introduction to IT industry, and sales career. Chance to grow. Base Pay better than giants, commission is poor. OTE based on Spiff/bonuses you can obtain for yourself. Culture is great, people are great. Opportunities to learn are many. No chance to focus on technology or client service.

Softchoice has great culture, but pays very low. They are changing a lot and I am not so sure it's best for the company as a whole. Pushing back to office even though their sales were highest in 2020.
