Softchoice has great culture, but pays very low. They are changing a lot and I am not so sure it's best for the company as a whole. Pushing back to office even though their sales were highest in 2020.

Overall fine company to work for. Internal processes could be better, leadership is uninspiring, but they do their job. Culture is suffering a bit from numbers being lower than previous years

Exceptional company, great culture and un-capped earning potential, which is far more important than a high base. And unlike the larger OEMs, no mass layoffs, during covid, or the recession. Big focus on talent retention.

Its a great organization to start your career in tech, but after an 1-2 years. I would recommend either switching department or the company in similar space to get better pay.
