Its a great organization to start your career in tech, but after an 1-2 years. I would recommend either switching department or the company in similar space to get better pay.

Softchoice has great culture, but pays very low. They are changing a lot and I am not so sure it's best for the company as a whole. Pushing back to office even though their sales were highest in 2020.

This company is good to start out in. Management is a little out of touch, remote first can be a culture killer
